Hi, I’m Kaitie, and it’s wonderful to meet you here.

I’ve spent over a decade helping companies organize their projects and work better together across teams. I’ve been a traditional project manager and spent almost 6 years at Asana and Airtable helping thousands of companies and individuals to make lists, manage projects, and achieve their goals. I’m also a self-proclaimed organization nerd, and I’ve spent decades refining the systems and principles I use to organize my life.
