WhY THIS WORKSHOP?

We know there are lots of resources available for learning Asana, including the Asana Guide and free courses in Asana Academy . These can be a great option for you if you have a plan for how to use Asana and need a little guidance. But we also know that it can be hard to know where to start or to practice the concepts you are learning, which means you retain very little of the material you are trying to understand.

With our hybrid approach, you will be able to consume the material at your own pace on your own schedule, while also being able to interact with other learners, get live feedback from the instructor, and get quick answers to your questions so you don’t get blocked along the way.

This is the only workshop experience where you will practice building content collaboratively in Asana while covering the breadth and depth of everything at once.*

Is this right for me?

This workshop is the most fun and interactive way to learn everything about task, project, and work management in Asana. You will be able to get hands-on practice with the material and fully engage with the concepts. Given this, the workshop is best for people who are committed to learning Asana and using it for their work. It won’t be the right fit for everyone, and you can see our recommendations below to determine if this is the right fit for you.

This workshop is for you if you:

  • Are using or want to use Asana for your work

  • Need help setting up Asana or using it better

  • Want to organize tasks, projects, and other work

  • Like to learn by doing and practicing

  • Want to collaborate with your team in Asana

  • Can commit up to 3 hours in the designated time to complete the material to master Asana

This workshop is NOT for you if you:

  • Are not using Asana for your work management

  • Do not have a Premium, Business, or Enterprise Asana subscription (unless you’re interested in trying out Asana premium- you’ll have limited access to a shared Business organization for the course)

  • Are not able to commit to completing the workshop material in the designated time

  • Are not interested in interacting in a shared workspace with the instructor and other learners

How does it work?

After registering for the workshop, you will get access to the course materials and the Learning Organization in Asana the following business day. That next morning, you will be able to access the course material with all other active learners. There will be a kickoff lesson to welcome you to the workshop, share instructions for completing the material, and show you how to ask questions throughout the course.

You can use the practice Asana Learning Organization for the workshop exercises and your own practice creation. You will have five days to complete the workshop material before you lose access to the practice organization and course content. We estimate that it will take ~3-4 hours to complete all of the material and exercises, and all of the content is on-demand for you to access at your own pace on your own schedule.
