In order to focus on the most important work, it is important that the technology products you use are tools to help you do so instead of distractions or ways to waste time because you can’t find the information you need or you’re not sure when to use which tool for what. You can help your team avoid these problems by creating, maintaining, and sharing at Techstack Source of Truth (SoT).
Use this template to get started on building your source of truth today. The template contains a blank structured list for outlining your tools, an example with information included, and my recommended tools. You’ll be able to download the Excel file, and you will be sent an email with a link to the file in a Google Sheets format as well.
